Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 Issue with Your Order?

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, we’ll make it right. To be eligible for a resolution, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item and any visible damage or issue

• A brief description of the problem

Once we review and approve your request, we’ll either remake the item or issue store credit, depending on the situation.
